<p>Asian inspired local duck springrolls served with a crisp green salad and a citrus based sweet &amp; sour dipping sauce</p>

<p>SIGNATURE BEEF FILLET<br />
Flame-grilled to your liking, served on rosemary roasted potatoes and<br />
spinach, served with mushrooms &amp; sun blushed tomatoes.<br />
The dish is topped with a garlic &amp; herb butter as well as a rich jus.</p>
<p>TENDER PORK BELLY<br />
Juicy pork belly served with parsley mash, sweet glazed carrots and<br />
brown mushroom finished off with a rich jus.</p>

10 Queen black tiger prawns lightly tossed in fennel and garlic served with savoury rice &amp; lemon butter.</p>

Line caught fish of the day grilled in olive oil and fresh lemon juice served on a strawberry, rocket &amp; feta salad lightly tossed in vinaigrette. Garlic &amp; paprika potatoes along with caramalised lemon complete the accompaniments.</p>
